Christchurch: Anthroposophic Meditation Workshop - Connecting to the Angelic World

A three-day course being held from 18 to 20 December 2026 at Christchurch Rudolf Steiner School.Led by experienced meditation teachers Agnes Hardorp and Thomas Mayer, the course introduces Rudolf Steiner’s anthroposophical approach to meditation, which emphasizes heightened awareness, inner perception, and conscious spiritual development. Participants will explore practices designed to connect with their higher self, deepen their relationship with the angelic world, and strengthen meditation as a daily source of nourishment for body, soul, and spirit. Through guided exercises, text-based meditations, group sharing, and experiential learning, the programme aims to help participants find greater inner stillness, clarity, resilience, and spiritual connection in everyday life.
