– Afternoon Exploration individually or in groups, branches or regions.

‘Leadership shows up as an expression of the “I” in purposeful action.

The more authentic and self-directed these actions are, the more leaderful the

engagements become. However, the “I” can only truly know itself in relation to

other human beings and entities. Leadership therefore, emerges in a continuous

interrelationship of itself and others within a constantly changing world. In this

contribution we intend to explore how leaderful engagement  may be a powerful

instrument with which to enhance leadership capacities in all those striving to

serve a common purpose.’
