Crystal Bridge Gift and Loan Fund

Crystal Bridge was founded in 1991 as an initiative to help students of the Preparatory Course for teachers at Taruna College with their course fees. At that time there was no possibility of Government sponsored student loans. The response to our first appeal for funds was wonderful, and soon we were able to allocate our first loan. Since then it has been possible to grant over 110 loans - of which 23 are current.   The fund is open to all New Zealanders who want to study at an initiative based on the work of Dr. Rudolf Steiner. This can be in New Zealand or anywhere in the world. Loans are interest free. Repayment is tailored to the individual borrower, but is normally spread over 12 - 24 months via a bank automatic payment. There is a one-off administration fee of $50.   As Crystal Bridge also administers the Gift and Loan Fund of the Anthroposophical Society there is the possibility of gift money. The prerequisite for such a gift is that it has to benefit a group of people.   Donations to the Fund are always gratefully received, and may be sent to: Crystal Bridge, c/o Prometheus Finance, Box 969, Napier.   The administrators at the moment are: Ineke van Florenstein Mulder, Kevin Lyons and Diederic Ruarus.   For more information contact: Kevin Lyons, P.O.
